Common questions
I want to delete my account
Email info@kahatrainer.com from your account's address with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account and its training data and write back to confirm.
I got a new phone — where is my data?
Sign in with the same account and everything comes back: programs, history, measurements, gyms and competitions. If you explored the app without an account, there was nothing to restore — that mode does not save.
The app is in the wrong language
Kaha Trainer follows your iPhone's language and can be overridden under Profile → Language. A language change only takes effect the next time the app is launched — close it fully and open it again.
My gym doesn't have the equipment the program asks for
Register your gym under Profile → Gyms and mark exactly what it has, then generate the program with that gym selected. You can keep several gyms and switch between them.
The app isn't suggesting heavier weights
A load suggestion appears only when every working set of an exercise was completed, each one hit its rep target, and you still had a rep in reserve on the sets before the last. Miss any of those and the app holds the weight on purpose.
An exercise is missing from the catalog
Tell us its name and, if you can, a link to a demonstration. The catalog grows from requests like that. You can also add your own exercise to a program in the meantime.
Calories show a dash instead of a number
The estimate needs your body weight. Record it under Progress, or enable Apple Health, and the number appears. The app shows a dash rather than guessing from a default weight.
How do I join a friend's competition?
Ask them for the competition code and enter it under the Competition tab. Your display name and results become visible to the other participants of that competition.
