This page lists every control you have over your data in Kaha Trainer, and exactly where to find it. For the full picture of what we collect and why, read the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under California law (CCPA/CPRA) or comparable state laws. There is no opt-out to request, because there is no sale to opt out of.
The app does show ads. Your choices over the advertising identifier those ads may use are described below.
Turn off ad tracking
When you first open the app, iOS asks whether Kaha Trainer may track you across apps and websites. If you decline, the advertising identifier is not available to us or to our ad provider. You can change your answer at any time:
iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking — find Kaha Trainer and switch it off. To clear the identifier itself for every app, turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" in the same screen.
Declining changes nothing about how the app works. You will still see ads; they will just be less relevant.
Control Apple Health access
Health integration is off until you enable it. To review or revoke it:
Health app → your profile picture → Apps and Services → Kaha Trainer — switch off any category, or all of them. You can also revoke it from iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
Revoking it does not delete measurements you already saved in the app; those are part of your training data and are removed when your account is deleted.
Control notifications
Workout reminders are scheduled on your device and can be switched off inside the app, under Profile → Notifications, or from iPhone Settings → Notifications → Kaha Trainer.
Access, export or delete your data
Write to info@kahatrainer.com from the email address on your account and tell us what you want:
- A copy of your data — we send you an export of your account and training data.
- A correction — we fix or update what is wrong.
- Deletion — we delete your account and its training data, and confirm when it is done.
We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm from the account email address before acting, so that nobody can delete someone else's history.
Usage statistics
Product analytics are recorded under a random identifier created on your device and are not connected to your account. Because they cannot be traced back to you, they cannot be isolated for individual deletion. Deleting and reinstalling the app generates a new identifier and breaks any continuity with the old one.
